These terms explain the roles, boundaries, and responsibilities for a Semaya installation.
Privacy policy
Semaya is installed in the buyer’s selected infrastructure. The buyer controls its customer data and acts as the data controller. Semaya and its delivery team process data only to provide agreed installation, support, and maintenance services.
Keep access credentials, API keys, and provider accounts under the buyer’s control. Do not put secrets in chats or public pages. Apply least privilege to team accounts.
Terms of service
Semaya helps staff prepare work. It does not replace human review, business judgment, legal compliance, or approval for messages and offers. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy, legal basis, and approval of customer communications.
Third-party services such as WhatsApp, Cloudflare, AI providers, and payment providers have their own terms, availability, and prices.
Data subject rights
Data subjects can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. The buyer must handle these requests because it controls the customer relationship and the deployed data store.
Contact the buyer first. If you need technical support to locate or export data from a Semaya installation, the buyer can request support through the agreed channel.
