Run Semaya in your own Cloudflare account or on a VPS that your team controls. Your application account, configuration, and customer data stay under your ownership.
A conventional server you control.
Use a VPS with at least 2 vCPU, 4 GB memory, and 80 GB SSD. Your team manages updates, backups, certificates, monitoring, and access.
Operating costs are separate and visible.
Infrastructure, WhatsApp templates, and AI usage are billed by their providers. A reply inside WhatsApp’s active 24-hour service window does not use a template message charge. Outside that window, Meta applies the category rate for an approved template.
Semaya supports OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible AI providers, including local models through Ollama. Review each provider account, price, and data policy before you enable it.
